Hi, I’m Diana! My passion for fitness and strength training really began when, in college, I discovered a kickboxing gym. I quickly fell in love with the sense of accomplishment I felt after each class. The fulfillment I found kickboxing transitioned into a love for weightlifting and strength training. Movement became about showing up for myself, especially on the hard days. I’ve been a middle school teacher for 9 years, so I understand how draining it can feel to constantly pour into others while putting your own needs on the back burner. As I built strength, I noticed a shift not just physically, but in my energy and my ability to show up more fully in my life and in the classroom. That experience is what inspired me to become a trainer and to help others feel stronger and more connected to their bodies. When I’m not training, you can find me reading, hiking, crocheting, or enjoying a good cup of coffee.
